Do you think these BBS wheels would fit on an e90 325xi?

He doesnt know the offset, but said that they fit on a e36 e46. They're 8.5s and Im worried if they will fit in the front - they're also 235s all around. I guess if they dont fit, I could replace them with 225s assuming they're not too narrow for the 8.5" wheels.
Any advice would be appreciated.
