Attention BMW owners in the greater Cincinnati area!! I just had some service work done on my 98 BMW 528 sport at ELSENS AUTOHAUS. This place is AWESOME! I got a quote from the dealership for an oil change- 80.00, Dianostics check-115, Overall vehicle safety inspection-75.00. :jawdrop: I found these great folks through alittle networking. They did ALL of this for 45.00!! John(owner/mechanic) worked for Jake sweeney BMW for 26yrs. and now does it on his own, ALL OEM parts and supplies. I felt very comfortable too, as they offered me a snack and a soda! I was also able to conversate with him directly and his wife Doreen who handle all the paperwork. I give this place a 10 on cutomer service and satisfaction! A 10 on the service work performed! I highly recommend these great people if your ready to save some money and feel better about the work done on your great investment! Tell Doreen that Bobby Walsh sent you when you arrive. I also had some work done there, several times, and they are great! they have always been fair and more than reasonable. John, Dorraine and Lincoln make a great team... they even deal with annoying insurance companies and make sure your car is done right, with all factory quality BMW OEM parts. I fully recommend and support them ;-)
