Questionable eBay auction

Here I am window shopping on eBay and happened to come across this auction. I'm sure it's some kind of scam.

Smells fishy to me. Maybe it is a Katrina victim or an angry soon-to-be ex-spouse. Without the seller explaining why the low low price, I assume it's a scam.

Yeah, that sounds pretty fishy. It may have been stolen, it could just be a fraudulent auction, or maybe someones wife is REALLY mad at him! LOL...

The feedback looks legit. I would say that it is a hijacked account. He's also selling an 04 Jetta for about the same money.

I may bid on it just for giggles.

Scam and fraudulent and just plain false ebay auctions pop up all the time. They aren't really post-worthy imho :thumbup:

If you look at the description in the following link, the seller quotes "I'M NOT INTERESTED IN LOW-BALL OFFERS OR TIRE KICKERS!!!...I'M LISTING THIS ONE LAST TIME...IF IT DOESN'T SELL THIS ROUND-I'M GOING TO HOLD ONTO IT FOR MYSELF!!!..." I don't know about you, but I consider $5900.00 a low ball offer.
