Radiator is about 200 for the oem replacement, the 4 O2 sensors arent cheap. I just got the two pre cats for 260 USD. If you're doing a radiator, might as well go for an Al therm. housing, clamps, and hoses. Prices I gave are from bimmerworld.com, I have found that they're usually the cheapest.

95 M3 only has 1 O2 sensor.

Do a google search for parts prices.
I bought my o2 sensor online and it was about $10 cheaper than going to an auto parts store. ANd cheaper than the supposed BMW discount parts places.
You can borrow the tool to remove the old sensor from a local auto parts store.

You're right, the 95 doesn't have 4, I neglected to remember OBD I, but it does have two O2 sensors doesn't it? One on each exaust manifold?

No, just one.

where is it located?

It's kind of hidden, directly before the catalyst, right after the two into one merge. It's a bit of a pain to get at. But yes, there is only one.
