Gary- Can you please tell me if this combo will work on 325 (non-SP)

I'm looking to upgrade the stock 16x7 wheels --do not know the stock offset-- and 205/55/16 run flats with the following: 18x8 (35 offset) wheels and 225/40/18 tires all around.

Can you please tell me if this new setup will work without having to make any modifications?
Will any spacers be required on the front or rear?

Oh, and I'm new to all of this, so many apologies for my lack of knowledge. I promise that I'm a quick learner and won't have to ask such elementary quesitons in the future :)

No problems at all with this fitment, should clear everything just fine and maintain the correct overall diamter.
