Just like the title reads, will they fit? Also, my 04 745Li came with 18 " rims, how wide are the tires? 8.5"??

the first number on the tyre's sidewall will tell you how wide they are (in mm)

should be something like 245

the wheels will only fit if you also change out the drivetrain, brakes and engine.

You dont have to do all that.

Kurider: Not sure why you would want to do it, but if you REALLY wanted to, all you would need to do is get some hub adpators. H&R makes universal adaptors or may stock specific ones that will work for you. They will also make custom ones for you if you got the $$$$. Or if you have access to a machine shop, hub adaptors are very easy to make.

even with the hub adaptors though, the offset may be all wrong.

Yeah, and also at the end of the day they may be more trouble than thier worth. Especially with the reasonable cost of some 18" wheels. Plus the 7 is a pretty complex car and you would be suprised what stresses those adapters put on some of the suspension components!
