hi just trying to find out if these wheels will be within the offset limits of a e30 they are 15x51/2" mazda bbs 45 offset rims i plan to run a 195 55 15 tire what is the widest tire
that will fit the 51/2"rim also the narrowist tire so i can choose something in the middle
it is not a race car so i dont care about running a wide rim/tire combo
a decrease in rim width by 1/2" should be alright i thought but i could be wrong
and it should help the offset problem being a bit narrower
i have conflicting info about the standard bmw e30 offset 20-25 offset is
but my 14x6 rims say 35 and my bmw wrecker said 35 offset i have also heard that the convertibile or was it the 325ix came with 41 offset rim
if i have to run a spacer how thick would be ideal
my brother is putting 18x7.5 on his e30 and those are 38 offset but running like a 10mm
spacer but they are 7.5 compared to the 5.5 bbs
please answer this any info appreciated thank you
