Will aftermarket market wheels void your warranty. Recently purchased 2002 745i Certified Pre Owned. I want after market wheels but I do no want to void my warranty.

No, but if anything breaks because of the wheels, it's not covered.

haha I used to do track days with my E36 M3. One day the lower control arm straight broke in half under stress. I returned the car to it's stock form and had it towed to the dealership and said "I dunno what happened, was driving to the grocery store and heard a BOOM". They were very suprised that a control arm would break but they fixed it under warranty regardless. hahahaa.

Thanks for all the replies. I am not going to pursue purchasing some wheels for my car.

I wonder does the service center take notes of aftermarket installed items when they service your car?
