Ok, lets say I just did my first Klasse SG coat and it's looking good - but I want that second coat on - so I gotta wait 24 hours before it "cures".
Ok, 24 hours later, there could be dust, sand, grime from driving .. do you guys just not drive it or do you give it a quick rinse (with or without soap)? I surely hope the answer is just to put on a second coat of wax without cleaning.

Um, you can go without a wash, but you'll introduce all of those micro scratches you worked so hard to remove with your clay, pre-polish, and AIO before SG.
I just parked mine for a few days while I was layering on the coats, but I have a garage and another vehicle to use.
If you don't, why not just wait until you wash it the next time and do another coat then? Waiting longer won't have a negative effect as long as the surface is clean when you apply it. I'd just be careful to make sure areas like the sides behind the wheels don't have anything nasty stuck on there. A quick clay bar on those sections would insure a smooth surface.

I noticed you are in FL where the weather is nice year round. In your climate you could get away with a 12 hour cure time as long as it is not extremly humid. So If you have a garage, put a coat on at lets say 7 or 8pm, then do another the next morning around 9 or 10 am.
Also you can drive the car and depending on the amount of dirt it accumulates, just use a quick detail spray to wipe it down before the next layer. I recommend Eagle One wipe n shine. It works well with Klasse. Do not use a wax based detail spray as the SG won't bond to it.
here are some examples of SG x3 on green and grey
