ASC light and Anti Lock Brake light

I've got a 1994 530 with 128k the ASC light and Anti-lock light come on frequently, but not always. Sometimes I can drive 50 to 75 miles with no light other times just as I leave the driveway they come on together. They both seem to reset when I turn the car off leave it sit for a while then restart. All the brakes are new so are the wheel sensors. Is there a Anti Brake sensor, and if so where is it.
