318i Convertible Help please (question about seats replacement and soft top motors

Hello everyone
I am new to this forum and would very much appreciate some answers to a couple of questions.
1. I currently have a 1996 318i convertible with manual seats. I bought a set of M3 seats and woul love to install them but obviously there is no wiring in my car (since current seats are manual)
Is there a way that I can wire the M3 seats in?

2. The soft top of this car is completely manual
Is there a way to make it semi automatic? (like the 325iC)

I was just poking around and came across your thread. I would suggest re-posting this in the E36 section of the 3-series forum... you would get a heckuva lot more people seeing it there and I'm sure someone would respond. I don't know how much "traffic" these regional forums get. Just a thought.
