You posted this in the e36 m3 forum. Is it an m3? An m3 with cloth is either a.) a really rare variant or b.) had the seats replaced.

yeah it is an M3, it doesnt look like they have been replaced, look exactly like the leather seats but with cloth here is the picture

The cloth/alcantara seats were a no cost option that many people didn't get. I really prefer that combo over the leather. It is very rare to find one for sale. IMO it wears better than the leather.
