Blackberry 7105T

Hi all. Sorry if this has been covered. I tried searching but could not come up with a clear answer.
I picked up my Alpine White 330i this morning and have been playing with all the features. I have iDrive and am trying to get my blackberry 7105t all synced up. The phone and car are paired and I can make and receive calls.
The only problem I am having concerns my address book. When I say A to Z or simply go to A to Z through the iDrive, it is empty. Does it take a really long time to sync with my phonebook or is the feature not compatible with the 7105?
I havent been in the car that long, so I guess it is possible it hasnt synced yet.
Anyone familiar?

You'll need to install a newer version of the BB OS. Since you have a 7105t, I'm assuming its with T-Mobile. Take a look at blackberryforums.com and search for "t-mobile 4.1" and you should find a link to the download -- it was just released this month (you could also try t-mobile support).

The older versions of BB OS (yours probably has 4.0) don't allow the address book to transfer to the car. OS 4.1 allows that -- I have a 7100g (cingular) that I put 4.1 on a couple weeks ago, and it now sends the address book to the car.

Ya know. I could have sworn I already downloaded version 4.1 But I just checked and I never did it. Hmm.
I will do it and now and keep my fingers crossed.
