Shifting Hard?? normal?

I just got this new car and it is a auto it shifts hard it seems and from park to drive or reverse the whole car lift up and moves is tis normal for it to move and shift hard when im driving can someone help me thank you

I know what your talking about, mines been doing it too. Im not sure if its normal or not, but i know that mine makes a clicking/popping noise. Im kinda worried about it so im just gonna do a fluid change and put some lucas transmission stuff in it.
