Ok cool, I hate to take up your time Gary but Im trying to figure out what is the real difference between the SP2000E and lets say the SP9000, both claim to be summer tires and not for use in freezy weathter but Im trying to figure out what is the pluses of the other why is one better then then other?
Hope you can help, I really like the side wall guard and I have the SP8080E now and acutally really like them alot, I assume they are not avaiable in the 255/40/17

The SP9000 is a bit smoother/quieter and has a softer ride but slower turn-in/steering response. The SP9000 should also be a noticable step up in wet traction.
