Vendors coming out giving you information for your car.. improvement of course..

My car is more in line B'Fest mods standards (nothing really outward) but here it is at last year's HSN II. The other 2 cars belong to B'festers that came down from Austin.

Great LDV.... show a picture that shows off your car, whilst my car hides behind the ZHPretender :p tsk tsk tsk.

The three of us showed up last year, and parked together, in the most ignored corner of the lot. While there were a lot of modded cars, there were also some nice regular bimmers (an M3 Competition package, a few nice 2002s, etc). Some people had Minis with eyes under the hood - very cute.

Anyway, I hate to say it guys, but I'm not going to be able to make it to this event. I'm sure we'll all be meeting up soon again anyway . It's the summer time - we can always arrange some other meet, or get together for the Lexus event if nothing else.

For the next several days temperatures will be in the mid 90s with feels like numbers in the lower 100's. Sea breeze storms will provide a little relief from the hot temperatures but only a few of us will get the rain.

While the weather was hot and humid the rain did stay away. This was the largest HSN event and I enjoyed it. :thumbup:

I was glad to see the Hockeynut family. I think they set the record in prize winnings. They even placed third for the people that travelled the farthest to attend HSN. :)

I got see mtbscott's new Mini. Nice. :thumbup:

Haha, I was there, but once I saw the caliber of cars that were coming in, I decided to park my Tercel on the side parking lot ;) It was an awesome show though, I was blown away! Did any of you catch that awesome 8-series there? This kid had got it for his 18th birthday, lucky, lucky! Great pictures, btw!

Wow, now I don't have to post any pics - Tdrag97 got 'em all for me! :D OK, maybe I will go thru mine and find a few that he didn't cover...

It was a blast, good to see LDV (and deliver the "shipment") and meet mtbscott. The cars were awesome, loved the plethora of M3, silver Z8, M6 (new and old), 2002. Sweet GT2, AMG CL55, and even a nice white T/A added to the diversity of the event.

The kids loved the red E30 with the 4 DVD screens, monster speakers/subs playing a DVD of "Cars". Hey wait a minute, Cars isn't out on DVD yet :dunno: :D

Yes, we were the 3rd farthest travellers, thx for the gas money, compass and road atlas - that was great! If only we had made a wrong turn or two maybe we would racked up enough miles to hit first place :D

Driving back and forth on hwy 290 in the 330cic is a treat...consistently around 100mph and it felt like 55. V1 as usual did a stellar job, and Sirius kept us entertained (no Howard since the kids were in the car :( ) On the way into Houston, we made our obligatory stop in Brenham, home of Blue Bell Creamery:

The cabrio is lookin' pretty good, H-Nut. It looks like it was a fun night. Looking at all the pics it surprises me that there aren't more convertibles around that area in TX, especially with how warm it gets there.
