Get a pressure bleeder, makes things easy. The order is: Passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front, driver front.

1)Suck out most of the old fluid from reserviour (with a turkey baster), fill with new fluid, attach pressure bleeder.
2) To bleed, you simply stick a clear vinyl tube over the bleeder screw and crack it until the new fluid comes though (should fit the screw very snugly, so you can direct the old fluid into a bottle)

I was simply putting the new fluid in the pressure bleeder, but recomendations from others on the board say to simply refil the reserviour after each wheel to lessen the amount of air bubbles. That is how I will be doing it from now on.

A board search will probably give better links, and there are many DIY guides around.
