The problem I guess was never the fuel pump, even though the fuel pump is not coming on, I want you to check and see if its getting fire at the ignition coils when you try to start it ,because it can be the fuel pump relay or the computer thats not allowing the fuel pump to come on. The fuel pump relay is the center relay in the e-box,this is the box under hood on the passenger side near windshield, I want you to test the fuel pump by removing fuel pump relay and connecting a wire between #30 and # 87 at fuel pump relay socket, you will have to match up numbers from the bottom of fuel pump relay to the socket. Then you should hear fuel moving through the fuel rail.

Let me know results.
