Is this a good price on 19" Falken Wheels

Is Falken a good brand? this site has 19" for 199 a wheel, is this a good price, seems unreal??/

i bought Falkens for the 15'' rims on my car and they were like 70 a tire. i couldnt believe it and didnt want them on my car. However for that price i figured i could gamble. They turned out to be very reliable and give a nice ride. Not to mention good performance on cornering. i believe they are a japanese company. Goodyear sells them so im not sure of their affiliation.
Goodyear also put a road hazard plan on them. which they only do with their brand of tire.
