What is the stock lumens on the HID's since the ones listed are 6000k? Is the 6000k brighter than stock?

4300k is stock. 6000k is a tiny bit brighter and has more of a white blue tint to it compared to the yellowish stock ones.

Hmm, I wonder if the bulbs on mine were upgraded by the previous owner. I had to replace the passenger lens assembly. So now the passenger side looks different than the drivers side. One of my friends says the passenger side is not xenon because of the difference. The passenger side is more clear looking, the driver side is more whiteish\bluish looking. Do you think the driver side might be a 6000K bulb? Anyway to check? I have the old assembly which should still have the bulb. Anyway to tell just by looking at it?

I may be interested in the HID fogs? Is it just the bulb & ballasts or is it the complete unit with the housings?

if i didn't get the Fikse's, i would have opted for BBS... they are the only 2 rim makers that i trust.

I am currently having second thoughts about selling the car and have been considering storing it. I will make up my mind within a couple days and will try and get back to all of you.

That's not how the temperature for xenons work. 4300 actually gives more light in a white light aspect where 6000 gives slightly less light but with a pretty blue tint ...

Bring the car with you man. You can park it somewhere near campus. There are plenty of cheap garages around. This isn't NYC.

I'm trying to find a 315MHz newer style key that has all the button running vertically....lock, BMW roundel unlock, then trunk. I need the key body so I can swap it with my older style rubber key which no longer works. Please let me know. I'm in Edmonds, WA and would love it if you just happen to have one laying around from an old car, extra, etc.

Thanks Eric
