Hey everyone, just thought to let you know to stay away from Brian Jessel BMW. My brother bought a new 325i and has had various recurring problems. It’s almost as if they are guessing at each problem and don’t know how to fix things. The mechanic admitted that the hill assist failure was something big and a safety issue and they don’t know what to do. So the dealer tells him that function of the car is broken and they can’t figure out how to fix it. That’s it. They told him that was the case and live with it. The car’s brand new! My brother has brought the thing in over ten times now and every time he does, the mechanics managed to scratch up his interior more and more. Can't repair scratched plastic. So just in case, better stay away from a problem area. You don't need the headache!
