BMW dealers in Dallas

I have a friend that has a BMW, bought it from Classic in Plano. He hates their service.

I am new to Dallas but have seen the Mortiz and BMW of Dallas signs. Anyone have an opinion on what dealership is best to take your car for warranty work?

BMW Dallas seems to be great for asethetic situations, but Mortiz seems better for mechanical problems. Neither seem very good at solving technical (computer) problems.

Classic BMW recently handled an emergency situation for me during a weekend trip to Dallas. Fit me in without an appointment on Saturday morning, extremely courteous, and extremely fast and well-done service. Not sure if this is consistent with their general reputation, but I left very impressed.
