We thought a new thread would be needed to remind those interested to sign-up so the planning can move forward to make this one FUN!
It will also be a much better event for the purpose of planning and having enough "stuff" if we could know who all is planning on coming as well as getting people to sign-up that can contribute food, beverages, chairs, frisbees, etc., anything, as well as any ideas for the event - fun stuff. Please note - contributions in any way are not required! Just good company.
I've written to the City of St. Paul to try and reserve the Pavillion area and I will have that covered if available. I would also be willing to rent a volley ball net is the group thinks they'd be interested (assuming one is available/reasonable), otherwise other ideas welcomed and encouraged.
The event will take place at Hidden Falls, along the Mississippi River, St. Paul (north entrance by Magoffin - please see other thread for link or PM).This will hopefully be our BIG local event for our meet season.
