Will you guys explain the difference between super charging and turbo charging?

The short answer is; Turbochargers are driven/"powered" by exhaust gasses.Superchargers are driven/"powered" directly/mechanically from the engine by belt, gear driven etc. Superchargers provide boost from idle on up but use some HP to "drive" them.Usually they are always on(unless you're Mad Max).Turbochargers use practically no HP to be driven by the exhaust gasses but traditionally had less low end power available. The new 335 (twin turbo) seems to have a ton of grunt across the whole powerband.
