View Full Version : Charcoal filter in Z4MC/Z4MR?

Someone who posts elsewhere found 2 air filters in his M Coupe...an orange one and a gray one.
I'm thinking the 2nd filter is a charcoal filter like the one that popped up on the US E60 M5, but not the ROW cars. Can someone (Ron!) verify if this is a charcoal filter? If it is, it'd be free HP to remove it.
Or even better, can a non-US owner verify its absence in his car?

Charcoal filter is behind the rear bumper between the mufflers.
