Conflict with dealer allotment?

I have seen posts from people that say the ED cars do come out of the dealer allotment of cars. Other places and post say that the cars do not come out of the allotment.

So which is true? Do they or don't they?

The answer to your question is Yes.

Some do some don't.

The rare cars do. (M3, 330cic(possilby) newer models just after release)

The common cars dont.

Thus the confusion.
