I don't think a 6 could sound that throaty, even tuned. That was an 8.

I agree... or even supercharged... we wouldn't hear spool up on a down shift like that. Hmmmm... Interesting!

The new M3 will have pretty much the same engine as the M5, except with two cylinders cut off.

The video cut out as the car accelerated. So based on just hearing it sounded like nat aspirated to me. Can't wait to see final pictures, video's and specs of the real model!!
