My other half has a 99 e46 323 se it has over 200,000 miles on the clock and is sweet as. In fact he has less trouble than me with a 99 e46 318 and only 70,000 on the clock. Your always gonna have to replace the odd thing but in 5 years of bimmer ownersip no real bad probs to report. We regularly service both vehicles. I have a problem with my idle at mo and his car has nothing wrong with it. Should be a good buy getting your 323. Happy motoring.
