Remember when I joked about sueing the silverware manufacturers for making Rosie O'Donnell fat in our gun thread?
"Pandora's Box" comes to mind for some reason..
"Lawyers have filed a class-action lawsuit against McDonald's on behalf of New York children who have suffered health problems, including diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity."

LOL! I knew it was a matter of time.

Looks like you were right *again*
Your record is pretty amazing :D
Or, you might be drawing a correlation where there's none to be made.

For the record, I agree that personal responsibility have long been dead in America.

I consider the decision to sue for frivilous reasons as a form of entitlement. Unfortunately, we all pay for this entitlement in the form of higher taxes and cost of living.

I would just *love* for a "Mickey D's Coffee" case to come before a judge who said "No, this suit has no merit. Get outta hee"
No doubt where we all draw the line between that and a case with merit differs but silly is just silly.
