Anyone with a idea on how to get this out without breaking it? Took the trim out of the gasket and kinda poked around there but got scared. Wondering if the gasket come with or do I take the window out and leave the gasket in? I just know I'm going to break it.

I haven't done a windshield on the E30 so I'm not sure but isn't there silicone that you will have to run a box cutter around to remove ?

no silicone holding those windows in place. it is held in by the trim that goes around the window unles the PO didnt know better if her replaced the window himself.

Already removed the trim and kinda figured thats how it came out, I was just afraid to pry it. I'll give it a whirl. I guess I was just looking for tricks, like start at the bottom, or pry in "these" places.. Guess I'm over thinking.. :tsk:
