This coupe was sitting outside the BMW Corral at Laguna Seca on Sunday of last weekend during the Monterey Historics. I didn't see it there on Saturday. I asked around trying to find the owner, but was unsuccessful. Seeing it continues my fascination with PY on the coupes. Wonder what a Z4 M coupe would look like painted this color?
It is certainly a good looking car. This one had a gray and black interior, a "BMRFST" tag, and looked like it was well taken care of. Does it belong to anyone here?

That's Kurt Martin's car, and we just went to the races on Sunday. FWIW, I have a photo post from the races (and not Kurt's car) over in the photography forum.

I think Phoenix Yellow is available overseas (at least it's listed on the UK site), or it was I haven't checked the site lately.
Perhaps one of our brothers or sisters across the Pond can post a pic??? ;)

I was headed from livermore to SF and saw what must have been the twin to this car- Great looking on a super day for a drive!

It must have been its twin, because Kurt and his cars live in San Jose. This car was driving in the company of a white E46 M3 - Kurt's other BMW - and either on 17 and 1 (morning) or 101 (afternoon) between San Jose and Monterey.

Yep, that was me! It was my first trip to the Monterey Historics. What a blast
I'm sorry that we didn't get a chance to meet. I spent the morning watching the practice sessions from the corkscrew, and the afternoon watching most of the races from the BMW seating area. I got to see the Toyota Formula-1 car doing donuts :D
I'm waiting to see a Z4 M in Phoenix myself!
