Hey, I represent socale36.com and socale30.com we were wondering how to go about getting a place on the lawn where we could put up a couple cars and have a tent up to help promote our local organizations. If anyone has any information for me, id appreciate it, thanks
Matt

It's a little too early to start with site configuration, but I do appreciate your enthusiasm...
We usually work on this aspect (layout) about a month before the event. Please check in with us around that time.
Best,

I think a lawn place should be given to the person who arrives the earliest to the lot because to beat that many people shows one of two things: a.) pride in thier community or b.) obsesive compulsive disorder

I'd venture to guess that spots will first be given to PAYING sponsors.. and given the relatively small amount of lawn space... I wouldn't hold my breath :).
