Iddle of my car is bad some times. Some days, My car stops after first ignition in the morning. But after that, Iddle more tidy according to first ignition.

Think you need to get your head gasket checked my friend
Maybe have a compression test done?

Sounds like it is being burned in the engine then, so i would guess it is a head gasket issue
Is there oil in the tailpipe or blue smoke at all? (you man not be able to see it)
Any preformance loss?

your OIL is way to light, change first to 15W40 or a 20W50 or even a straight 30W its around if you look for it. #2 as an engine gets older the top piston ring get a coating of burned varnish on it which eventually sticks in the piston thereby not allowing the ring to flex in and out and then it no longer adheres to the cylinder wall. put in either Rislone or CD2 which in some cases will relieve the situation back to somewhat tolerable condition. And last a note on OIL the 5 weight you are now using is comprised of 5W base stock with viscosity improvers so that the higher number reflects a number after oil becomes hot, however, the improvers are quickly burned off and you are then running basically a 5W which is not at all satisfactory in high mileage motors...I have been building race motors for the public for 50 years and I have seen just about everything. Your oil selection and care of a motor is readily seen when pulling it apart...OIL is your best insurance.
