Hey guys, I've got no room left for this TV, does anyone want it? I'm in McKinney off Custer and 121.

A couple years ago I decided to buy an LG 37" LCD screen. Pretty pricey back then. I had a 32" Sony Wega Trinitron I could not get rid of. Even the Salvation army would not take a perfectly good TV because it weighed too much.

It took quite a while to unload (for free) and then finally a friend said he wanted it. After he got it in his living room, he regretted asking for a a big 150lb box. :eeps:

If you're giving it away, I'd recommend checking out the Freecycle (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/McKinney_Tx_Freecycle/) group in your area. I had good luck using them to find a home for some chairs I could no longer use.

Cool! I wasn't aware of this, will do, maybe get a tax write-off?

You'd be giving it to a private individual and not a charitable organization, so no tax write off.

I may have a friend that's interested that could pick it up
