WTB: ANY e36 w/o Motor or w/ Blown Motor!

Looking to do an engine swap into an e36 with a good body, good interior (pref black) and sound transmission and electrical system.

I would pay significantly more for an M w/blown motor.

Things it has to have/be:
e36 NON ti
5 speed tranny
98%+rust free
Sound Electrical System
Good Suspension

Things I would like in it (but don't necessarily have to be):

18 button OBC
Black Leather Interior
LSD
M-tech

I'm sure I will think of more. Please post up what you have!
