I am one of the many who's patiently waiting for the e90 M3.
However, I've read some posts in this forum that there will be no ED pricing for M's?

How true is this?

Very True. They haven't offered "ED pricing" for M's since the e36. You can still do ED but most likely it will be based on a MSRP number.

Agree with Finamir....no discount on ED for any M car. They don't have to.

I have taken delivery of 2 M cars, in Munich. I also took delivery at the dealers of my e46 M3. Currently M deliveries as ED are only possible if your dealer gives up one from his monthly allocation. Several people have taken deliveries of M5's and M6's that way. Look for the postings in the ED fourm.

Does this mean we all have to pay MSRP if we get lucky?

And do we have to beg the stealership to get our hands on this beast?

You will pay more than MSRP, maybe even more than if you bought the car in the US. Not only does the dealer loose an allocation they loose 'holdback' or whatever its call in BMW. If you want the Euro Experience it could be done but it will cost you.

Man I would love to do an ED purchase on a M car. :)
