These guys perport to be a professional outfit but are cowboys. Do not trust your car to them. I went there recently to discuss work on my car, here are some comments:
1) I discussed the fact that the valve clearences needed to be adjusted. They argued that my car (M3) has hydraulic lifters. WRONG!!!
2) They told me that my car uses 5w-30 oil. I told them they were wrong and that only 10w-60 should be used. They argued that point until they made a call to BMW.
3) My friend took his M there to change some programable options. They screwed a bunch of things up.
4) Today I went to get my LCM reflashed. I gave them instructions on how to do it. They would not allow me in the shop to see what they were doing despite me walking around the shop on previous occasions. I will not trust these guys experimenting with my car and told them to fcuk off.
Stay away from these guys. They don't really have a clue for modern cars. The main guy there was a tech at BMW some 15 years ago. He needs to know things have changed since then. They should stick to domestics.
