do you know if this works on a 1999 323i SP? e.g., what happens to the airbag? and how much does it cost to have it installed?

(BTW, what have you replaced this with? M steering wheel?)

Airbag from 2001 SP steering wheel and 1999 SP wheel are probably different. You would probably have to buy a new airbag and there is some question as to if you would get any fault codes.
