when will be the earliest pick up day that I can choose? and then with the shipment, when will the car arrive here in US?

My dealer just placed my order this week and it looks like I'll be able to pick up the car in Munich the week of February 17th. They usually need 2 months lead time. I heard it takes another month for the car to ship to the US.
