HPF E46 M3 Turbo Kit (650bhp at 8psi) [Archive] - Bimmerfest

Hey guys,

For those interested in getting more power out of their E46 M3, we will be releasing our turbo kit in a few months. The dyno pull below was done with a stock M3, stock engine, stock exhaust (without a catalytic converter) with our turbo kit running 7psi of boost. At the time we had a Precision T61 on the car, but are increasing the site to a Precision T67. The tubular turbo manifold with 6 into 1 merge collector is capable of supporting up to a 76GTS turbo which we will eventually be running.

The entire kit is plug n play and requires no other engine modifications. I will be publishing a price for the kit later this month. If you have any questions, or are interested in getting on the mailing list for these, shoot me an email at chris@horsepowerfreaks.com.

557rwhp at 8.7psi.

We're still turning it up, I'll have more results later with the dyno graphs.

Chris does the E46 330ci MS43 ECU also have tuning problems like the computer immediately overriding any changes u make to the A:F mixture under boost. The computer in this vehicle is always in closed loop and always monitoring the A:F via several factory wide-bands. Any changes made to the factory fuel pressure are compensated for by the ECU.

Can the stock 330ci ECU be tuned if done right.
