what is the "necessary wheel installation hardware".. i hope these dont require hubcentric rings or spacers or something...

any of your help would be appreciated..

That note is shown with any wheel to cover some wheels that use different lugs or use hubcentric rings. This wheel uses different lugs that come with the wheel, and the rear wheels use hub rings from BBS.

what is a hub ring?... is it a hubcentric ring?... i was hoping these were made to exact m3 specs..

Hub rings/ hubcentric rings allow the wheel to be a hubcentric fit so that you do not have vibration issues. This is extremely common with non-OE wheels and nothing to be concerned about.
