Buying 2007 X3 and need your help deciding

Hi,
This is the first time I lease a brand new car and i am not sure if I am getting a good deal or not and would appreciate your quick feedback as I am finalizing this deal tomorrow:

It is a fully loaded X3 2005 with MSRP at $45,720 (premium pkg, cold weather pkg, xenon lights, nevada leather, and bluetooth...). I am getting at $43,220, $2500 (to cover all inception fees, costs, and first month), a 24 months lease for 15K miles/year, 75% residual, at a monthly payment of $500. I negotiated a lot to get this deal, what do you guys think?
