Sales Tax for ED

When you purchase car from other state when do you pay sales taxes.

I just got my contract to sign and it says in remarks “Costumer responsible for NY sales tax”

Do I pay for taxes before or after trip to Europe?

Still no production number?!!!!!

You pay sales tax for YOUR state where the car will be registered/licensed, and, you pay for it when you pay for the car, at least that's how my ED sale went.
Where did you finally purchase your car?

My dealer sand me contract today.
I will probably go with him now but I still didn’t get production number.
I try calling your dealer but he is out on vacation!

My order was placed last week on Monday and I still haven't received a production number. How long is it supposed to take? I just received the paperwork to get notarized this past Saturday.

it could be that Tricolor sinking that makes production numbers hard to get.
I put my money on sabotage ether Ford or GM
