Gary / Team - I'm sure you get more than your fair share of complaints, but I wanted to pass on major props to your organization with the way you've handled my recent orders.
I had a nail in my tire on Saturday. I found out that I needed a new one, and placed the order Saturday afternoon.
Today (Tuesday) there was a knock on my door and the UPS man handed me my tire.
Cool.
I know you have a big organization, but if you get a chance can you pass this on to the service team in the Georgia warehouse for me and let them know they so rock.
