I have a question regarding what spring rates to specify with my GC coilover kit. I'm getting the eibach ers springs with the kit.

My car will be a DD in the winter and a DE/AutoX car in the spring/summer. also, this is NJ (pot hole heaven). I can put up with a fairly stiff ride but still want it to be drivable on these roads. I called GC and they recommend a 450/700 setup. Any thoughts?
