New to The Club

Well as some of you know, I just got an M5 :D. I want to start fresh, so I'm changing all the fluids. Any suggestions on fluid types? I've been pretty partial to Mobile 1, but definitely can't get 10W60 locally, except from the stealer ( the one we have here gives BMW owners a bad rep as far as attitude ). Also if there is any thing else you guys can think of, by all means, list it. I am more than thankful for any shared info. Thanks in advance.
