I've noticed a unique sensation coming from my foot floors of my 96' e6. It kinda feels like a slight vibration and 'wiggle' from the brake pedal when de-acceleration from high speeds, ranging from 70-90mph. I mainly noticed this feeling when taking a sharp onramp traveling 85miles and quickly decelerated. At my lest checkup the mechanic said they brakes seem brand new, there only 2 years old from when I bought the car. :p I wondering if anyone had any insight or that I***8217;m just exaggerating this.

Also the Des Moines BMW dealer explained that my vechiles exhaust systems hoses are "cracked" and rotted. This he said is the reason for my car occasional 'hissing' sound when decelerating to slower speeds, it almost sounds like a rubbing of two plastics, from what the stealer claims its the crappy exasht. My normal mechanic discovered this before and put low on priority if i was willing to repair it. below a new air conditioner unit and new control arms. what is your opinion, it would be greatly apprieated.

Wrap rotor will cause virbration on the brake pedel as your press to slow down.

I would firstly look at the rotors, maybe they need machining. Secondly, get the front bearing inspected / re-packed (if it can be done).

Best of luck.

sounds like your rotors are warped, it is possible to correct it on a brake lathe, given that you have enough metal left to resurface them and still be in spec, however you're going to have to bring somewhere other than a bmw dealership because they dont resurface rotors, they're either in spec or they're replaced

Hey thx, Bimrpwr, yeah I've noticed you don't live to far from me, maybe I’ll look into some stock, if your price isn't too bad, btw the prob doesn’t seem that bad its only at high end speeds with extreme braking, but sometimes when I try to a perfectly smooth spot at a red light or stop sign or something the brake make a high pitch noise, but this seems to be an issue with varying temps.
