I am new to this but I am trying to find the best choices for my E30 project. The guys at CG Motorsports is doing the transplant and they are doing a great job. I highly recommend them.

A little background: I have had this car since new and it was the first car I ever owned, so it has a lot of sendimental value to me. But I moved on to different cars but I always kept this car in storage. Recently I pulled it out of storage and decided to put a bigger motor in it. Ultimatley I want to have a fun, fast weekend car to drive in.

I currently am upgrading my motor in my 1991 318is to a 99 M3 S52 motor. Currently, the motor is being put in and I am looking at changing to a performance clutch and lighter flywheel. There seems to be different choices out there am really confused on which one to use. Can I get some feedback on what you think is the better product? I am thinking of either AA or UUC.

I am also changing the shifter to the UUC EVO 3.

I looked at also upgrading to the AA supercharger, they have sale going on! But it looks like I am opening a can of worms as I also should upgrade my brakes too. The unfortunate part for me is that there in no upgrades my car brakes as it is 4x100. I guess I have to change out the suspension to an E36.

Does anyone know if there is a big brake upgrade kit available for my car?

Whew! lots of questions but if anyone can help, I would really appreciate it!

That is really cool! Luv the pics!! I would suggest you hit up the E30 forum as I'm sure they'll have alot more insight than us E36 guys. Are you replacing the tranny too, or is it stock? (E30)

Thanks for the info so far! I did put this in the wrong section, I will repost in the E30 section. I am using the M3 (E36) tranny and currently the the E30 rear end. But I am planing to change the rear end with the suspension upgrade to the E36 (if it is possible)

I wasn't really sure where to post this thread actually. It is a E30 but my performance questions relate to the S52 motor. Should I post it in the 99 M3 section?
