sound system not working all of a sudden... help?

so i was driving on my way to work this morning (04 E60) and im listening to the radio. I stop at a gas station to fill up and check my tires. i inflated one that was a little low. then i go into iDrive and reset the pressure. i hit the road again and noticed that the radio wasnt on. the screen shows 94.3 FM and everything looks normal but there is no sound?! i turn up the volume, press the power button, try a CD, and i get nothing. I stop and turn of and on theignition and nothing. what the hell did i do? please help

nope...no phone paired, i called BMW and they said they wont do anything because it is out of warranty... expected that response. They didnt even give me any ideas of what could have been the reason.

His is an '04. 25K per year isnt a ton of miles.

My '05 is already over 50K miles....but I do have the 6/100 warranty and maintenence :D :rolleyes:

Remember... the 04 came out around this time in 03. So ive had the car for 3 yrs and have 63k miles on it. average is 21k/yr.

Work makes me travel a lot... but the time flies by when youre in "the ultimate driving machine." :thumbup:

True. Well hopefully it's just a glitch and all that needs to be done is reset the 'puter :)
