It's SO nice to have S-03s on properly sized wheels! A good deal more of the tread is actually on the ground, 90% of the tramlining is eliminated, and it holds noticably better.

Here are a couple of preliminary pics... Will take better ones at some point.

Geeze, what are those, 16s? :D

I think those look a bit too open (like BBS RKs but different) but they're really light, which is always a plus.

Very nice, lightweight to boot.

Now, find a way to bring that thing's ride height back down to earth.

are you sure your shipping spacers are out in the front?

They look good  I have been debating them for some time now...light weight and priced reasonably to boot, what's not to like.

I will say that I was a bit concerned that they would be too dark on a black car, but that doesn't appear to be the case at all.

I think the weight is a little higher with the 40mm offset, but it's still damned low. Which was the big consideration. If I was goign purely for looks, I think I'd have to copy Ack and get the MM Evo5s.

Can you eleborate on that? I was either thinking of spending a lot on wheels, or just getting some so3's on my stock 17x7 wheels.

On the 7" wheels, the outer edges of the tread were not touching the road, except in hard corners. The car also wandered badly. No much so, that I almost regretted getting the S-03s.

The handling seems a bit more crisp, and I appear to have a littl emore grip, as well. (Not surprising, with more rubber on the ground.)
